Cloverfield Title, Poster, Picture?

Reddit

Gabbo!  GABBO!  CLOVERFIELD!

Sorry I'll continue to make my Simpsons references and think that Cloverfield is all smoke and mirrors until the whole guerilla marketing campaign stinks.  I'm snotty that way and not sold on things like NOT giving me a name.  Give me that name of the movie!  I don't want to wait two years to find out something is called 'Attack of the Clones' and then go to theaters and find it to be 'Attack of the Meaningless Senate Conversations.'

I digress.

First off there is a new Cloverfield pic over on the 1-18-08 website.  This fourth picture is timestamped nearly thirty minutes after the last picture which showed a whole lot of light and some scared peoples.

So what's up with this blurry picture?  Ah the Army has arrived!  HOOAH!  People are still running for their lives!  And the woman in black?  SHE'S VOGUING!  Strike a pose there's nothing to it!

Well at least we know there's something sinister going on.

Now the peeps at Cloverfield News have what may be a poster for Cloverfield and with that a possible title.  Could the flick be called 'Monstrous'?  This picture is said to come from a movie poster dealer and has the 1-18-08 release date on it.

Seriously?  You made me wait all this time for Monstrous?

Anyway here is the picture (click on it to see a bigger version) and you can decide for yourself!

It's the Statue of Liberty which we all know gets torn apart but I think this could be legit.  Why?  Because the poster doesn't show you anything and thusly is Gabboesque!  SMOKE AND MIRRORS people!  I truly think the bad guy in this movie is a Garfield balloon that got loose from the Thanksgiving Day parade and returns two months later to snag itself on all of New York's buildings, but time will tell!
