Exclusive: A Look At The Book of Secrets!
By Kellvin Chavez on February 22, 2007

Since I mentioned that we were done playing nice with a certain studio, I feel that Latino Review needs to clarify our position when it comes to exclusive news or stories that some Studios might not want to see posted.
There are times when we get some exclusive stuff that we just can't help but share with you, our readers. Stuff we get through our own channels like scripts, casting news, studio going on's, etc. Depending on the material, we may or may not run it by the studio that is handling the property before or after we post said story. Just to give them a courtesy heads up. Obviously we've had some issues with some studios where this creates a problem regardless of the courtesy call. We've pulled stories down and have held off posting stories at their request, only to be burned by either seeing our news item posted on another site or in the trades or not receiving something they've promised in return.
So starting right now, it'll take a legit Cease & Desist order to get a story pulled down from Latino Review. And I do mean legit C & D order. But remember, C & D's don't work on opinion pieces
(SCRIPT REVIEWS), which most of the articles in question are.
So now that we've paid up our retainer, El Mayimbe's had a look at the script for the sequel to National Treasure titled
National Treasure: The Book of Secrets!
Spoiler warning! If you're one of the few out there that try to keep from knowing even the smallest detail about a movie, you definitely want to avoid this. But if you're like the rest of us who just can't keep from reading the smallest scrap of movie news, then click on. Plot points are shared, the cast of characters is mentioned and intrigue abounds!
El Mayimbe does share some interesting news regarding the
Iron Man production, which might be a little disheartening in the wake of the crap fest that was Ghost Rider. ($53 million dollars!?!?! Oh people, don't you know you're justifying M.S. Johnson adapting more comics?) So if you want to just read up on Iron Man, you're safe reading the last 6 paragraphs of the story without be spoiled.
