Harvey Dent's approval rating goes up!

Assistant D.A. to Harvey Dent, Rachel Dawes, gives a press conference on why Harvey is a fantastic role model for Gotham City. But she also talks about how a group of criminals have gone out of their way to smear Harvey's crime fighting reputation. But he's not to be wavered in his campaign to keep Gotham a crime free city. According to Rachel, "Harvey Dent believes in two things, justice and Gotham City. This is why I believe in Harvey Dent, and why I think you should too."
