National Treasure New Site Launches
By Ryan 'The Rican with the Irish name' McLelland on September 14, 2007

There's been a book passed down from U.S. President to U.S. President. All the nation's secrets are in this book: who killed Kennedy, how many aliens were captured at Area 51, and even why the producers of G.I. Joe hired Stephen Sommers to direct. What shall we ever call this book of secrets???
How about: THE BOOK OF SECRETS!
Because...that's not lame? Right?
*AHEM*
Alright so the title of National Treasure 2 is so god awful that it brings laughter during the trailers. However there's got to be some cool parts in NT:BOS, right? The first one was completely implausable but it was at least a guilty pleasure chock full of cheesy goodness. Here's hoping part duex is the same.
The folks over at Disney sent me over some info about the newly relaunched official site for National Treasure. They say:
We proudly announce the launch of the full official site for
NATIONAL TREASURE: BOOK OF SECRETS (
http://nationaltreasure.com)! Visit the site to unveil the trailer
and
image gallery, as well as downloadable wallpapers, AIM icon, and screensavers featuring your favorite treasure hunting character from the film. Also, don't forget to test out your decoding skills in the Gates Challenge, the first of several interactive games to launch. The site will be updated with even more exciting content soon, including more interactive games and additional clips and images from
NATIONAL TREASURE: BOOK OF SECRETS.
Well alright! So go check it out, get your cool buddy AIM icon so peeps can be like alright..."Hey you got a Riley Poole icon! KEWL!" Well...at least Helen Mirren, Harvey Keitel, and Ed Harris are in it...
Will it bomb or will it rock? Tell Ryan up at ryan@latinoreview.com!
